The company plans to more than double the number of its shopping malls from 16 currently to between 40 and 50 malls totally within the next decade.
CPN this week celebrated its 30th anniversary. The company has set its growth strategy for the fourth decade, which will be driven by both domestic and regional expansions to be conducted by its own developments as well as mergers and acquiฌsitions.
The company has restructured its organisation to comply with its growth and expansion stage in the future by reducing layers of comฌmand within the company by 50 per cent and giving more power and responsibility to middle executives such as managers.
